I have received panasonic led tv (th-49ds630) against order id[protected]sub-order id[protected]. while placing order on online portal product features was displayed clearly which indicated product comes with 3 years manufacturer warranty. that is the main reason i have gone ahead to purchase this tv from your infibeam as no one else was giving three years warranty. when i have received the tv consignment, there is no mention about warranty period.

in mail dated 15.06.2016, it has been confirmed by infibeam customer service team that products come with 3 years manufacturer warranty.

when i have enquired your customer service, nobody is giving firm answer.

when i have contacted panasonic helpline through mail they are saying “ only one year standard warranty is applicable for this model and no promotional warranty is applicable for this product.
it is very ridiculous to see prominent site is displaying 3 years warranty whereas manufacturer is refusing the same.
i am not able understand why it is happening. i have written several mail but they are not giving firm reply on warranty terms. but only they are calling and try to convince me that 3 years warranty term was displayed wrongly and same was corrected. this cannot be acceptable. i have purchased and installed tv based on commitments in online portal as well as written e-mail communication from their customer service representative confirming that this product is having 3- years manufacturing warranty.
they cleverly removed 3 years warranty display in their site after my complaint. till date they have not resolved my complaint.
panasonic india is completely refusing your claim of infibeam that this product is having 3 years warranty
even after nearly 20 days issue is not resolved and they are not even bother to respond and resolve the issue.
act of cheating and malpractices should be made punishable and i request this consumer complaints forum to resolve this issue.
such deliberate act to attract and then cheat the customers should be dealt with severe punishments. request to help
