Infibeam — Mobile phone not charging

paid INR 7240 on date 17.09.15 to buy a phone from infibeam (order id[protected]. After 5 days i.e. on date 24.09.15, product was deilvered to me by infibeam. As i opened the box, I was shocked to see that a defective product (phone not charging) was delivered to me for the amount of INR 7240 paid by me. Withing 10 minutes i contacted infibeam and informed my issue to infibeam and demanded for full refund because a defective and incomplete product was delivered to me vide mail dated 24.09.15.
