sir/madam, I have ordered an subscription for COMPETITION IN FOCUS for 1 year from INFIBEAM.COM vide my order no 14846103 dated 2 mar 15 but till now i have'nt received any order or status of my order from Infibeam.I have mailed them also regarding status of my order but i have not receive any clear response from them.I could not understand why delivery of item is not processed in 2 months of time.At last i have requested them to cancel my order and refund my amount.They are neither delivering my item or cancelling my order. therefore, it is requested that my complaint may be processed against INFIBEAM. thanking u, sandip katariyar [protected] Was this information helpful? Infibeam customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 25, 2015 Updated by sandykats sir/madam, This online shopping team is trying to fool me by showing cancellation of my order in their account but they have not credited my amount yet.pls register a complaint against INFIBEAM so that they could not make other people harrashed like me. sandip
