This is regarding my first shopping experience from your website INFIBEAM.com,
Order ID : 17030609
Order Date : 14th October 2015
I have ordered this product to gift someone on 21st October 2015, and called twice for the delivery before 21st,
However on both the calls there were no assurance, Don't know what kind of Representatives are managing your Customer Support Function.
Today after waiting for more then a week after placing the order I called again to know the status of the Shipment,
I got connected to 2 Reps on 2 call today
1. Karim
2. Bhawesh
and Floor Support - Srikant (all of them are not able to meet the customer expectations)
After a good long Argument they told me I have fill some form 39, which I have to go and collect it from Near by sales tax office and without that they will not process the order.
I asked for cancellation because I don't want to waste my time by going to these Government offices, I am Shopping online for so long form many websites and never faced such issues.
When I asked to return my money, they say when they will get the product back then after they will process the refund request, this is so irritating that I have wait for that return received which I never received, this is so pathetic because now if I wait for another 15 days or a week my Credit Card will charge the EMI,
This is horrible experience I ever had.
Please help me get my Amount Credited back to my account by Monday 26-October-2015.
Please Expedite the issue and fix it.
