Infibeam — Product not dispatched after 12 days

Product page says that the product will be dispatched in 2-3 days. I ordered on 10th March and still the status of the product is pending Shipment.

Email them twice. Reply for the email on 12 March was on 15th March and reply for the email on 16 March was on 19th march. They take 4 days to reply and just say that we need some more time. No reason was mentioned why shipment is delayed.

When called them it took 2 calls to connect to their customer service representative. 1st call got disconnected automatically. In 2nd call the representative was saying that we can not email you everyday and it takes time.

On questioning when will the shipment happen he said they are running short on the item and shipment will take 2 more days.

So infibeam needs 15 days to make a shipment.

Are we still living in old age where people used to send a pigeon with paper to give information. It takes them 4 days to reply to an email.
