Infibeam — Received bad product with poor packaging | |||||
Hi, I've ordered phone (OrderID#[protected] thru www.infibeam.com, they delivered on 27th June 2016 however product was with cheap packaging and bad quality so I've requested for refund on same day. Its been a month now that my issue is still unresolved with no proper update, whenever I call customer care +[protected], +[protected] they say allow us 24 hrs but it never ends.
