[Resolved] Infibeam — Replacement of faulty handset | |||
I have purchased one blackberry z3 mobile from infibeam by paying 14199/- online on 6th august and received it on 11th august. Since purchase it was creating some technical problem like speaker and etc. I went to authorise service centre of blackberry at kolkata. They kept my handset for 3 days and after that issued one doa certificate(Replacement of faulty handset by blackberry). I have contacted infibeam they collected my item on 25th august by their own logistic. Sicne then there was no feedbck from their side. Whenever i have called their customer care they are playing same record again and again that wait for some time it will get resolved. Now as per doa certifictae it is mandatory to replace the fauly handset with a new one. But i doubt infibean is trying to handover the same handset by saying that it has no fault.
