[Resolved] Infibeam — Unable to redeem the gift coupon which I have received from them | |||
Written many mails to infibeam Team to resolve my problem .Even after providing all the required details and clearly explaining my problem o[censored]nable to place the order by redeeming the Gift coupon which I have received from them as a part of my Organisation's incentive scheme, no one from infibeam Team has called me nor reverted with the proper solution .My Gift coupon is getting expired within few days and please do let me know to whom this should be escalated so that my problem gets resolved as I don't want to get the gift coupon expire with out proper utilisation .Tried many a times to reach INFIBEAM Team members on the said contact number, but everytime I am getting a pre recorded voice informing that I am in queue and my waiting list number is 9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1 and then disconnecting with out any of the Staff attending the call .
