I have ordered a product from Infibeam site and paid in advance for my product on 22nd July 2014, after completing order i got an acknowledgement mentioning the shipping date as 25th July 2014 but which was not done. so, I dropped a complaint by contacting customer care, then i was assured to get product in 48 working hours but even after 72 hours also it was not shipped. Then again I contacted care team for details, this time they started saying some reasons to excuse for the delay mentioning that.. team has to follow site rules, it is not false shipping date, product has to be delivered from Delhi... But I'm not here to understand your procedures.. Please improve your services or just quit the entire business if you are unfit to fulfill your assured services to customers like me. Worst eCommerce company... waited for 12 days and I got the wrong book... They took 20 days to exchange the book... impossible to reach costumer care.
Worst company. Cheated me. Told me to wait for some days, when i contacted customer care, no use. They just made apologies. They are playing with others money and time. Never go for that.

The customer service people also didn't speak very nice...
