[Resolved] Infibeam.com — Non delivery of order | |||
I booked a TV as a birthday gift for my mom on 23 Nov. The delivery date as per infibeam was 30 Nov and till date the TV has not been delivered. I have not dealt with cust service worse than infibeams as no one has bothered to investigate where the product is. In fact I was asked to track the delivery status myself as they could not get through to the courier company! I spoke to Aishwarya, Parth and a supervisor Karunakanth. The supervisor was supposed to call me back...it is the 7th today and no one from infibeam has contacted me yet or even pretended to try and help. All Karunakant told me was that a TV is heavy so it is taking time to be delivered!!! The order has been paid for in full and since infibeam has so far not attempted to help in anyway my only option is to cancel the order and home infibeam is ethical enough to return the money without further hassles. I am a regular online shopper and i've not had a worse experience than dealing with infibeam where not only have they spoilt my mums birthday but have not even bothered to send me an apology mail, forget a personal touch to correct an order gone horribly wrong.
