InFocus — Infocus m810 is getting restarted automatically | |||||
I have purchased infocus m810 mobile in oct 2015. after 7 months it's battery charging jack damaged. i sent to my phone to nearest service center. service center has taken service charge and corrected my phone's battery jack. from that day i am facing automatic restart problem. any message or notification or call comes in my infocus phone its getting restart automatically. i have given phone to another service center of infocus. they dont know how to correct it.i dont know my phone problem and from where to correct my phone's problem. what to do dont know. now my phone is useless and fed up with my infocus mobile. i am very disappointed with infocus service center across india. i will never buy unknown company mobile. Hello Kaushik, You are right. I too purchased a M 810 mobile got problem with display. The service center people say each and every time one week time will take to get repaired. I am repeatedly hearing this bloody [censored] from their end since 3rd SEp'2016 and till today they are stated 15 more days may be required without assurance of giving at least three months. Worst company and worst service center. [censored] on their faces

I have lodged complain against Display damage of handset Infocus M530 on 2nd Sep'16 via Complain No. INFRAN[protected]DW in Accel Frontline Ranchi ([protected]), Infocus local service center but they are not responding. required spare is not available. handset insurance period also expired due to their non responsible behavior.Kindly support me.
