Infocus Mobile — Delay in service

I purchased a mobile phone of infocus m530 from snapdeal order no. [protected] on 6 july 2015. But it was not connecting internet. So, i took it to authorised service center (Aditya enterprises, jassi nandan plaza, new dakbanglow road, opp. Jamal road, patna 800001 bihar) on 11 july 2015. The service center declaired software problem. Till now i could not receive my set. Due to delay i am facing much problem. Service center call id is - - infbaf[protected]dw set serial no is - - [protected] / [protected] / g20glma4b2400807, ivr call no is[protected]

I bought my infocus m2 from snapdeal. My phone has software problem bt due to little crar on screen they said warenty will not be given i[censored] got ur screen crack.my phone display is working great, no any problem with display
I want only software service.
