InFocus — Mobile issue - not providing supports and giving wrong info

Dear sir/madam,

Last one week i am trying to reach the service center in bangalore marathalli and i called so many times in company service support no - [protected]. First they provided me details - [protected]

Above thalacherry restorent
Anand nagar
Near marathahalli bridge
Bangalore

I called and visited then first time wrong number, not reachable. Again i called the support no then informed me that i am also not able to call, i will confirm and call you back or send you message or mail, wait. I waited didn't get any info. Again i called next day - today, support team told that able to call, again called this no and visit the service center. When i called this number then got replied that wrong number.

I purchased m350 model in january last week and not able to use due to that it is not working. Neither support team is supporting proper way not service center people response if service center and given number is correct. I need resolution any how and immediately because i am not able to use my mobile last one week. It is just herashing to customer if not providing support and not having service center.

Please let me know how it will be resolved.

Damage the speaker, sound button, heated phone, battery level
Hi All,

This is the horrable resopnse from service center. Next day, the shop was open and met the people they told the the given number was wrong. Now, they just took the mobile and told that it will take 10 days to be repared.

Next day, they called me and told that due to liquidity issue, we can not solve it. Even it is guaranty period, you need to pay 3000 Rs. I asked why? he told that because of liquidity issue, some water went inside. I asked to show it, not possible. I asked that if you are saying that some water went inside then give the written in paper. They just declined to give any confirmation either in email or in written. Even charger was not working, he didn't replaced.They are not considering manufacturing defects and just return the mobile and they was talking rudly as a lay man. Nothing was listening.

He told that if you will pay me then i can do it other wise i could not repare it.

Now, even customer care not supporting how to resolve it. I purchased Mobile M350 in January last week. What we can do? I think this is a fraud company just making money in India to sell the wrong product. We should band this product. Even any online company selling these types of product we should avoid it.

Please resolve this issue and let me or let me know what should do if comany will be cheating with us everytime. Just wasting time to customer.
