Hi i am vinay from mumbai i purchased infocus m350 on 18 nov 2015 after 1 month facing hanging problem in 18AUG 2016 phone suddenly death then i go 19 aug 16 ghatkoper service center tecnician does not solve issue after 1 month he told me that mother board issue and spare parts coming from chennai till today 28 sep 16 again visit the service center he reply me parts not available my coplaint no is INFBSU[protected]DW Pls dont provide wrost customer service to customer chinese is better than u r mobiles just wrost service americans

Updated by vinay83 Wrost service i have seen in my life why buy chinese take americn mobiles that is your words i seen in mumbai spare parts not available so why r u selling mobiles just 3rd class service my coplaint no is INFBSU[protected]DW MOTHER BOARD ISSUE not soled in 1and half month pls american brand not full to do customer wrost service my phone in ghatkoper service center mumbai 400077 accel frontline shop no 15 sai shakti co-op soc.patel chowk

I was buy a infocus bingo50 from snpdl on 29mar 2016 thn one day i was using my phone its off automatic on 2aug so on 4aug i submitted my phone to infocus service centr .than on 21sept i getted my phone thn phone not on again on same day so i go again 2 centr they do wht evr thn phone stll getting prblm so what i do your service so bad nd cheap.

Same mobile same problem, i had given on july 29, but still they keep postponing. worst service

I was buy infocus m206 mobile in may 12 the mobile has speakers problem I was submitted at mobiles at service center has been not respones please try to solve my problem my mobile number is [protected] pls call me and solve my problem as erley as possible
