InFocus — Purchased mobile, it is in warranty. Harassing me by customer care and service center, not providing solution. | |||
Hi, Last week i got a call from customer care and they provide me 2 different service center, when i reached then they told me that the seal has opened so you have to go same service center we will not be considered it. Now, when i called customer care, he old asked that we can not do anything. I have already mentioned that they didn't provide us any reference number. Now, they are playing game everytime and just cheating and herashing customer. Last one month i am going here and there and didn't get any output except west the time money. Infocus m350 Sim1 imei: [protected] Sim2 imei: [protected] S/n: g39glmac0101193 I have other evidence in trail mail which i discussed and sent on mail. I know this company is cheating with me and will not providing any solution. Even charger, headphone, phone everything is not working within 3 months. It seams that they provided worst part in mobile and sold us. I have sent so many times mail and tried to call but failed either for receiving reply or call. I have expended more than 700 rs to go this service center to that service center and lost my valuable time but result is zero. I know they will not be providing solution. They wanted to he-rash us so that at the end, customer left it as it is. And leave as it is. But i want to put the case in consumer court and want the solution. Any how i will fight on it.
