InFocus — Regarding delay in service

Dear sir,
I brought infocus m350 mobile headset, i am facing charging problem (this is under warranty) so i have submitted to same infocus authorized service center accel frontline dilsukhnagar on dated 14/11/2016 time 04:46pm and complaint id no. is infcan[protected]dw.
Further i have called many time service centre and infocus customer care but only one answer received i.e. part not received the company/ part not available. approx 01 month above but my problem not solve.

Mai Amazon se 5 Sept 2016 ko infos M535 mangaya tha pahle sim no one me sim read karta tha lekin ab nahi kar raha hai kya kia jay mai Jammu city se belong karta hun phir maine jio ka sim lagaya O bhi yek din chala ab phir usme network nahi aa raha hai toll free no par tumare phon nahi lagta hai jald suggestions batao

hey i had brougt infocus M810 on dec 2015. and i had only used my cell not more than 3 months because most of the time it was in u r service center I had also called to u r call center the guy who attain my call ( SHOAIB )said me that i will get my cell at 15 dec and i didn't get it. and not even the parts are been delivered to the service center .
customer service of infocus is very very very very very very very very very very very BAAAAAD . and they don't even give replacement for the phone if they can't deliver the parts.
