I purchased Infocus M810 gold last year. but I have generated the bar code for a jio sim by this mobile but after inserting the sim in the mobile it does not show the network. Then I went to sim provider he said that my sim is activated but your mobile setting is not supporting it . he said that Contact your mobile customer care. Please help me .
