InFocus — Service is really bad

Dear sir/mam,
i have just purchasing a mobile of your company infocus M260 from feb 2016 and in sep means this month my mobile screen was was not working properly and when i have gone to your service centre microsoft office sanjay place agra they told me that they will not helping me even my phone is in warranty because i have lost my purchasing reciept . but my phone is in warrant and i know they can give me a free service but they cannot do.

so sir i want to tell you that do something for me otherwise i will doing negative advertisement of your company in my friends relatives, in facebook and also in whats app.
