Hello, I'm Karthik here . I bought infocus m810 and that mobile had a issue with usb socket not working that means unable to charge so I surrendered my mobile in service center on[protected] they said they will give 10 days but after 10 days I called them they said need 1 week more but[protected] days got over till now no response from their end they didn't pick the call as well am very unsatisfied . I preferred infocus to my friends but now I worried about the service. Please fix my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

regissterd on 3rd december2016 in warangal care an(TS)they said that part 4 was to be repaired toomuch late cause inconvenience to me plz solve my problem
