InFocus — Service problem | |||||
Hi.. I brought infocus Epic1 mobile, i got problem in my mobile within 7 days after i brought, (this is under warranty), so I have given my mobile to Infocus authorised service centre (IOS Service centre Chinthamini, Chennai) I have called many time service centre and infocus customer care but only one answer received i.e. part not received the company/ part not available. Nearly am waiting for 20 days... i just want a clear answer regarding this problem whether your company having correct service centre...also i have complained to infocus customer support...am feeling worst about this service...
