Respected sir/madam,
I was allotted 4 infrastructure bonds against my application on Dec 30 2011 under the beneficiary account number INN[protected] by IDFC. The bonds were to mature on December 2021 but the redemption proceeds did not turn up in my account. I complained to KFIN technologies, rta of IDFC mentioning the issue in March.
When I called up the call centre, I was not getting through and even when I got through I did not get a satisfactory reply, so I mailed einward.[protected]@kfintech.com which is the rtas official mail id. The concerned officer there asked me to submit a cancelled cheque and address and id proof saying that maybe my bank details arent updated. I sent the same by speed post and then kept following up for a long time. At last they sent a mail saying that my bonds were redeemed on the buy back date in 2016in the account number with the following details:
Account No [protected]
Bank Name STATE BANK OF INDIA
Address STATE BANK OF INDIA
INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
CHANDRAPUR M S
I never made any request for that. Also the account number doesn't belong to me even though I have an account in the same branch and bank.
When I mentioned this to KFIN technologies, they didnt respond to it at all and even after continuous follow up I couldnt get my amount.
request your kind help. I am attaching all the necessary proofs for you to pursue the matter. i will be glad to provide any other document or proof that you may need.
