Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] — in moratorium, bank has represented ecs 4 times

I am requesting for moratorium since mar, 2020 but sometimes it happens and sometimes it's not.
I have taken a tw loan from the bank which date in 2nd of every month.
But why idfc has represented ecs 4 time for that my bank has debited return changes.
Since lockdown i have paid rs2400/- return changes every month.
Can i get the charges back.
Now i am taking decision to stop ecs from my bank.
Idfc bank customer care are unable to support for the situation also branch.
Plz help me to get out the situation.
