Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] — Maturity withdrawal amount not giving | |||
I had purchased Infrastructure bonds of IDFC bank having folio number IDA0404433, the maturity due date was 12th November 2020. Since December 2020 I am continuously following up with bank for my refund, the bank generated request ticket No. KR[protected] on December 18, 2020. After continuous follow ups, the bank wrote to its employee on 24th Feb 2021 to release my payments, but till date there is no action. Now I am sending emails & there is acknowledgement emails coming & bank not replying on it. I tried consumer care No.[protected] &[protected], but both the numbers are not in use. I contacted the bank & ask to transfer the call at Infrastructure bond department, but they refused & told that you will get a return call within a couple of days & I am still waiting for that from last 3 days. I have already submitted my documents for redemption of 4 Shares. I have requested several times by e-mails dated 19.12.21, 21.12.21, 24.12.21, 08.01.22, 21.01.22 and 24.01.22. No fruitful result have seen as yet.
Requested to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
