Ing Vysya Bank — Regarding redemption of mutual fund
As per above mentioned subject I want to inform you that I received a call from bima lokpal calculation department Bengaluru, the call was made by ms kalpana (Mobile no [protected]) on 19 August 2021, she said that one investment was made by harikrishna moondra(my grandfather) on 23 September 2001 of amont rupees 44000/- which was matured on 27 September 2013, the maturity amount was 465850/-, when I told her that my grandfather was deceased in 2016, then she gave me a number of his senior colleague Mr Rajeev ( mobile no [protected]) for redemption of this amount, when I talked to Mr Rajeev, he explained me the process of redemption in which three documents were required 1) PAN CARD of nominee 2) Aadhaar card of nominee 3) BOND ( ING VYSYA mutual fund) The Nominee in the mutual fund is my grandmother ( Rameshwari Moondra) and my father (Amarchand Moondra), we have two documents ( pan card and Aadhaar card of nominee) but we don't have the mutual fund bond, when i asked Mr Rajeev that we had lost the mutual fund bond, what would be the procedure of redemption without the bond, he denied that he couldn't process the redemption without the bond and 20 aug is the last date for redemption otherwise mutual fund would be cancelled automatically We don't get any prior intimation (any phone call, or registered post) regarding this mutual fund after the maturity period ( 27 September 2013), as I am aware of the rules and regulations of SEBI, I don't think any mutual fund would be cancelled without redemption and definitely their would be another way of redemption without the bond, so I request your good organization to please suggest us the procedure of redemption without the said bond, we are ready to do the all the needful procedure for redemption Regards Amarchand moondra File no IR097268 [protected] Forwarded message[protected] From: yogesh moondra Date: Fri, 20 Aug 2021, 07:48 Subject: Regarding policy of ING VYSYA mutual fund To: Cc: As per above mentioned subject I want to inform you that I received a call from bima lokpal calculation department Bengaluru, the call was made by ms kalpana (Mobile no [protected]) on 19 August 2021, she said that one investment was made by harikrishna moondra(my grandfather) on 23 September 2001 of amont rupees 44000/- which was matured on 27 September 2013, the maturity amount was 465850/-, when I told her that my grandfather was deceased in 2016, then she gave me a number of his senior colleague Mr Rajeev ( mobile no [protected]) for redemption of this amount, when I talked to Mr Rajeev, he explained me the process of redemption in which three documents were required 1) PAN CARD of nominee 2) Aadhaar card of nominee 3) BOND ( ING VYSYA mutual fund) The Nominee in the mutual fund is my grandmother ( Rameshwari Moondra) and my father (Amarchand Moondra), we have two documents ( pan card and Aadhaar card of nominee) but we don't have the mutual fund bond, when i asked Mr Rajeev that we had lost the mutual fund bond, what would be the procedure of redemption without the bond, he denied that he couldn't process the redemption without the bond and 20 aug is the last date for redemption otherwise mutual fund would be cancelled automatically We don't get any prior intimation (any phone call, or registered post) regarding this mutual fund after the maturity period ( 27 September 2013), as I am aware of the rules and regulations of SEBI, I don't think any mutual fund would be cancelled without redemption and definitely their would be another way of redemption without the bond, so I request your good organization to please suggest us the procedure of redemption without the said bond, we are ready to do the all the needful procedure for redemption Regards Amarchand moondra Was this information helpful?
