My consignment with AWB No. 103602 booked from IIITD&M Kancheepuram to Allahabad has not been delivered yet after more than 9 months. I would like to get some help from an expert of what I can do as a consumer in such a scenario. Please help. I have been calling the company consistently but to no use.
