Asked for the management with ref. To advertize, replied pack is not available ans also unaware for the new pack style shown to them online.

Such reply appears to be a only formality that is inox favorable without any corrective action sharing and the future negligency.

Being a brand name such commitment level is unprofessional.

Hopefully inox team let down the costomer / viewer / reviewer satisfaction and expectation level.

More embarrisment can be expected in near future as customer dont have any option.
