Hi! Regarding non allowance of outside food in INOX premises. The information is clearly stated on our tickets and at our Box office counters so that guests are aware prior to entry. It is also an industry norm and as company policy we follow the same.

For our guests we have arranged to serve a variety of food options that has high standards of quality .We have made exceptions in relaxation of house rule in cases where guests have medical condition or are infants. We have also made provisions in our premises to serve free purified water for all our guests.

In furtherance to your feedback, Presently there is no rule/ regulation/law, which mandates the Cinema Exhibitors to allow the patrons to carry the outside eatables and drinks into the cinema theatres. The restriction / prohibition on not allowing patrons to carry into the theatre premises outside eatables and drinks are imposed taking into consideration safety, security, health and hygiene of the patrons and the issue is currently sub-judice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

We do make allowances for infants, elderly and guests who have a medical issue/special needs.
