Inox Movies Bangalore Central Jp Nagar — Ticket issue and extremely rude behavior of the staff and on duty manager

I had purchased online tickets for a movie on thursday march 12 2015. On the day before (wednesday) i went to collect the ticket from the ticketing machine but it said the ticket has already been collected. I enquired this with the staff and they told me that nothing can be done. The duty manager was very rude and did not help me. Booking Id no : INBC[protected] I strongly recommend people not to go to inox as they are least bothered about customer service. They treat every customer as a terrorist.
