Installation — unfair charges being asked and dish fixed on wrong place out of our knowledge

I requested for installation as i have shifted to another place. So a executive come and started looking for a place to fix the dish as my wife is pregnant so she couldn't guide or advise where to fix so in that condition executive must use his own sense of humor and should fix in proper place but dnt know how and why that stupid guy fixed the dish at 4.5-5 feet of height close to balcony door now im very uncomfortable to open the door and have to go to balcony very carefully. So i called and explained this stupid act to tata sky helpline & requested for another review but tata sky helper started asked more 300 rs for review i was shocked. I want to know what my fault is and for what i should pay 300 rs more? Why i shouldn't go to consumer court
