Institute Of Finance, Banking & Insurance [IFBi] — Failure in providing internship

My name is moumita chandra. I have done post graduate diploma in banking operations (Pgdbo) from niit, faridabad. It is a 6 months program with 3 months classroom training and then 3 months internship in icici bank. The course of my pgdbo batch was from 4 dec'2016 to 4 march'2016.
For the internship the institute took 90 days time to have my placement in icici bank within delhi ncr but even after my successful completion of classroom training and payment of all dues, it has been more than 90 days but niit has not provided me any internship in icici bank since the end of my batch.
I have contacted the centre head also but they are not giving me any reason for the delay in internship not even providing the exact date of joining.
Kindly help me out from this problem. My parents are in great dilemma l. If there is no vacancy for icici bank bank in delhi ncr then i am ready to join in any location.
