[Resolved] Tech Altum — Techaltum is a fraud institute | |||
Dear friends, With due respect, I would like to share an important information with all. I am a post graduation (MBA) person from Delhi. On 7th feb. 2013 I went to Tech Altum (Provide IT training courses) for PHP course, located in NOIDA Sector-15. At the time of joining they mention on fee receipt that next fee due date is 7th March 2013 (After one month). But within 15 days they started forcing me to submit next fee installment. Regarding this I talked with management,and informed them that they have just completed 10% course only in 10 classes so why should I pay. After this, they start abusing, did misbehave and they said that i have to give them their next installment which was due on 7th march then they would give me my remaining classes. After all this I clearly said that I dont want to continue because you are misbehaving with me and forcing me to deposit 2nd installment which i had to deposit after 7th march kindly refund my fees which I submitted at the time of joining. Now they are refusing to refund my fees. on the other hand, On fee receipt they did not mention that fee is not refundable. Now I kindly request you to help me in getting my fees refund from that fraud institute ASAP. A student go to learn something in a institute; institutions who are engage in making money from poor students they will get a lesson from this case of mine. Tech Altum customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

At the time of Registration Following Details are clearly mentioned:-
Terms & Conditions
1. Fees will be Non-refundable
2. Complete fees should be paid within 20 days after the Registration. Fine will be charged after 20 days of Registration which will be Rs 100/- Per Day.
3. After 30 Days, Registration will be cancelled.
We discussed with other batch students and trainer, they told me that 35% syllabus has completed because they are doing course on fast track. And your course is not on fast track. After registration you told that you want to do course on fast track and will pay your fees with in 20 days. Tech Altum stills offers you to either pay your fees to continue your course on fast track or you can continue your course normally which will be finished with in 3 Months.
That time you said to refund your fees(Which is Non-Refundable) after taking 10 classes duration of 2 hrs each(20 hrs ) + 3 Hr Session of HTML CSS which is not in your course but we gave classes to you on your special demand. When we refused then you Used That Word “Either Pay my fees or My Father is in CBI” in our office.
We already fired complaint against you with the copy of Registration Form signed by You at the time of registration because your made fake complain against us.

techaltum worst institute when it comes to .net course.isha malhotra owner nd trainer has everything as marketing skills but when it comes to .net coding she lacks completely.she talks about her experince and practical training her placement column on her techaltum site is also fake .NO PROJECT.CHEAP STUDY MATERIAL ONLY FOR INTRODUCTION OF TOPIC.AND HER BEST DIALOGUE IF I CAN DO ANYBODY CAN DO.TALKS ABOUT PRACTICAL TRAINING AND WORKS ON NOTHING.IRREGULAR CLASSES
It was the worst experience one could have.
I went their specially to learn JavaScript and initially they told me that they are going to give advance training on JavaScript. They are such a clever people that they collect 50% amount in the beginning and 50% amount before JavaScript training.
So, that the student have no way out.
It was such a worst experience that I knew more than the mentor giving training on JavaScript just because of my previous experience.
Most of their batches are freshers who all doesn't have the basic knowledge so they are easily manipulated.
They didn't even knew that classes are not supported in java script in older ie browsers.
all the classes I kept on asking about the difference between null and undefined but didn't get the answer cheated.
They didn't even teach prototype, Json, Ajax as they said it is not in their course and it is more of a development side rather than designing end.
due to all this reason I had to leave my classes in between and all my money was wasted.
