[Resolved] DoCoMo / Internet pack — Unauthorized 120 Rs. balance deducted | |||
I made recharge of 1 Gb(2G)data pack of internet having 1 month validity on 15 Jan.2013 and when I was using internet on 11 Feb. 2013 , and at that time I had 40 MB of data remaining on my sim, but Docomo has deducted a sum of 120 Rupees from my sim. On asking to refund the said amount through mail as well as customer care they are saying that you had no data pack on your sim. While I even have the proof of data pack available on my sim as I am getting the SMS from company that,”The validity of your 2G data pack will end in two days,if you want to reactivate kindly visit *141#”.
