[Resolved] Railwire — Seegehalli Local Service Provider is charging 250 rp. more than what is the actual tariff

Hi ,
i have taken a railwire internet connection, but the local railwire service provided (SIREESHA DIGITAL CABLE T.V. & BROADBAND SERVICES) in seegehalli is charging 12.5 % as service tax and another 12.5% as cable tax of the actual tarrif plan.

we are already paying service tax to railwire in tarrif plan. acutal plan cost 899+tax. and on this amount this local dealer is charging 250 more.

i also paid 1000 rp. installation charges to them.

cheated me by saying they will provide me broadband connection at my home in Seegehalli, They took 1700 Rs from me for that. After several months they haven't provided broadband or neither have they refunded the money.
They are the biggest cheater I have ever seen.
They dont pick up my calls and they threaten me saying they have local contacts and can kill me if I ask for refund.

Same for me. They have taken 930Rs for 1MBPS connection FUP while on railwire site the receipt is of 841.58 Rs. I am going to file a formal complaint regarding this.

I am already following up with Railwire guys on this. Can you please also send your complaint to [protected]@railwire.co.in, [protected]@railtelindia.com and [protected]@railwire.co.in? I have been told that they are talking to operator regarding this.
