Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Mobile not repaired till date from intex service center, agra

From last 15 days i am calling to intex customer care toll free no. For giving my handset from service center, call center tell me that my handset is ready on 21/8/2016 and receive from service center, my office boy visit to call center 22/08/2016 for receiving the handset, but there madam told him your handset is not repaired come after 5 days, next day 23/8/2016 i call back to customer care toll free no. And told him that my mobile is not ready why you say to collect your mobile from service center then he told me that your job sheet work done confirm by email from agra service center, daily call to customer care but not response this issue only says sorry sir, aapko pareshani hone ke liye hum maafi mangte hain, humne aapki complaint aage forward kar di hai, aapki complaint 7 days main door ki jayegi, after seven days i call today to customer care for my handset not given to me from his service center then madam told me, aapki puri sahayta ki jayegi, aapki kaafi complaint aayi hain handset nahi milne ki, aapka mobile 21/8/2016 ko ready ho gaya tha jaisa ki hume email se jaankari mili thi, lekin aapko handset nahi milraha hai, iski complain hum aage bhej rahe hain aapki shikayat agle 7 days main door kar di jaayegi, i am shocked and answer to madam, handset ko apne pass hi rakho, aur aage se market main intex product mat bechna itna help kar dena jisse is desh ki janta apni mehnat ka paisa or samay barbaad na kare...
