Sir 2 months se complaint registered kr rakhi hai led ke regarding. Abhi tak engineer ghar par visit nhi kiya.or area manager ko call karte h to wo aaj kal ka bahana lagte h.

I need software for the product, i cannot use it anymore and there is no site to download the software and drivers. Windows is installing the product but the softwares to talk to the hardware i do not have....

Woofer is not working properly, sound is not good...

My washing machine suddenly stopped working.
So I called customer care to ask for service.
So they come to have a look and told us they will need new PCB to change with the older one.

Without even solving the issue, they wanted us to pay for service.
Now its been more than 10 days but there is no output from their end, No calls, no help,

Why you all sell products if you cannot provide service....

My above tv has an issue of no display and no sound both....

This letter is to draw your attention to the continuous water leakage in cooler (DELTACOOL) we have taken from Bhopal on 8th April 2021. The water is leaking from multiple places causing damage. It is becoming increasingly difficult to cope with the situation.

TV sound everything working fine but display not showing...

I very much regret to inform you that Intex product quality and customer care service both are very bad. No one is listening to customers' complaints.
I had booked a complaint no A[protected] on the 19/10/2020 after very long follow up Intex team has replaced my LED with old repaired LED. Now again i repaired LED has stopped working on 10/03/2021 & i have booked complaint no B[protected] on dated 11/03/2021. Intex team give me 25/03/2021...

I have returned my UPS battery on 17/12/2020 on the service centre SHAMBHAVI TRADERS in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh with Jobsheet number A[protected]P001. We had an issue with our TV a few days ago. We registered a complaint with Intex with the following ref number: B[protected].

The service person (Bangalore - mobile number: [protected]) came and took the TV motherboard out. It was about 10 days ago. Now, he is not responding to calls or messages and not doing anything about the TV. There is no help from your customer service either.

Please have the TV restored...

Please change my power bank since it's recently purchased and notcharging...
