I am here by to inform you that I had bought intex 4.1 home theatre from Delhi, Rohini wazirpur zone having IMEI no.[protected] on DATED- 24/07/19 with 1 year warrenty period which has been stopped working before expiration of warrenty period
Please Ensure me the procedure of changing this Commodity or complaint registration procedure in the mid of lockdown .
INTEX Company is not working on this...

I had broughtt intex aqua lions x1+ from flipkart online shopping on 18 june 2019 with one year warrenty but it got dead suddenly while it seemed to be working fine on 15-january-2020. I went to the service center and asked them to repair the device but they refused to repair it without extra charges. The same happened when i called to flipkart's service center. They said that the company is now closed so we can't do anything...

We have service franchises. Of intex airconditioner.
We have submite 15000 /- sicurity diposite.
We have givan service 1 year solved complain but payment not received from company. So we have stop complain.
Intex givan service to other franchises.
Our service complain payment & security diposite payment not givan to us. We have givan writen notice tyo the company but no any replay from intex company.

I have bought intex fully automatic top loading washing machine, which is malfunctioning since 17 days and since 17 days our all clothes are not getting washed, which is creating so much of problem in our home.

Maine 16/07/2019 ko flipkart se power bank purchase kiya tha jiska model number it pb 10k h but woh dead h isliye main apne local service center katni madhya pradesh pincode 483501 me visit kiya but wo mera power bank replace nhi kr rhe h mughe 30 days ho chuke h visit kiye huye isme bad bhi bol rhe h ki company me order lagya h ayega nhi ayega iski koi gurranty nhi h ap khi aur se service le lijiye...

I have purchased intex led tv in the year 2016 with a manufacturing warrantee of 5 years. Last month i have e-mailed the complaint wrt problem of my tv to digi1 kharghar shop. As the complaint isnot attended by digi1 i have again lodged the complaint by email. Thereafter i got another email i'd of intex service service senter where i drops mail by last week. They assued by reply that engineer will visit to home with in three working days...

I purchase led 55 inches on 5th august 2016, after using 2years 6 months the led is not working (No display) only audio. When iam giving complaint. The intex team will provide new pannel before 9 months. Currently same situation occurred. No display only audio. Why do you providing this type of cheap pannel? As discussed with the customer care, your warranty will expire.

Me akash mayra, my intex mobile had a software issue and battery problem too, when it was under warranty period. So i've sent it to authorized service center on september'1st week probably, placed in central, kolkata. Almost 3 weeks later executive informed that my mobile has repaired. Then i've collected it. But same problem exist till now. Mobile getting charge maximum 65% of battery. Very poor battery service. With it's 65% charge it runs...

I have purchased an intex ac 1.5 ton on 20 june 2018. Model no. Ins18cu3c - 2w.

I have registered a complainant regarding the product on 9th september 2019, ref no.[protected]. It was being told by the service centre that compressor to replaced. Within 3 days it will be replaced but no one visited again and complainant was closed automatically.

Intex 32" smart TV bought in the month of may 2019, TV screen is displaying only intex so that we approached intex customer service then the engineer came and said mother board complaint will be rectified in 2 to 3 days but the period is over and it is 14th day after complaint given. The customer service also responding carelessness....

I had complained the INTEX customer care executives about the repairment of my LED on date 23 Sep 2019 and the next day 2 engineers visited on my address. They told me that The Motherboard of the LED is damaged and it would be repaired in 1-2 days but since then had neither revisited nor gave any feedback. My led was stop working 12/08/19 due to screen and pannel internal fault, the guy picked my led on 17/08/19 and they had confirmed that it will be return with 4 to 5 days time. However the guy came with the led after 12 days and mentioned to me that we have fix this for temporary as we don't have new screen replacement available. You keep the led for now and we will again come to you and replace the new screen once the part will be available....

I purchased this product as feb 2019, but this product have lot of issue in mother board shortage, Finger Print Sensor Issue, USB Power cable, Battery drain, Headphone.And nearly one month period is take to solve the mother shortage issue, in service centers don't give a alternate mobiles for that time, and in service centers they offer a mobile replacement but the features requirements is not meet the original product.so i Kindly request...
