Ion Exacense — hopeless service from ion exacense

I had purchased eureka forbes aquaguard genius+ last year march-2019. Got a call from ionexacense guys in march-2020 saying that there are from eureka forbes telling me that my water purifier service is due. God knows from where these people get contact information. I thought they were from eureka forbes company but only a couple of days back i came to know that they are just a service center. Thinking that they are from eureka forbes company i agreed from service and promptly an engineer named mr. Jaswant visited my place on 21-mar-2020 (Saturday). He explained me regarding amc option which would cost me around ₹7000 for 2 years. I agreed to take amc and paid him ₹7000 in cash for which he gave me a receipt. After checking the machine he said to replace the filter. Since he had not got the required spare filter he said he would come back next day, i. E, 22-mar-2020 (Sunday) since that day prime minister mr. Modi had called for janta curfew, as a true indian i told him to come on 23-mar-2020 (Monday). After that lockdown started, no one bothered to call me to inform that an engineer would visit after lockdown is lifted. Once lockdown was released to some extent i tried calling the engineer’s mobile no. And ionexacense call center but no response. Fortunately once a lady received my call on the engineer’s mobile and she said since all engineers have gone to their native, she wil arrange to send someone after 10-may-2020. After 10th may i am trying to call mobile and call center no. But mobile is switched off and call center no. Does not work. I want my money to be refunded at the earliest or else i would go to consumer court.
