Ion Exacense Pvt Limited — Taken 2 year AMC but Not at all attending my water purifier problem

Dear Team,

When I relocated within Bangalore to new address, I called Eurekaforbes for water filer, however, somehow, my call details leaked and some other agency came which is ION exacense pvt limited. They sent their executive and spoke as if he is from eurkaforbes.
I believed and paid INR 9500 towards AMC for two years. Now, my DR Aquagaurd not working and no one is not responding since two weeks. They're not taking my call also these days. Earlier they said they will arrange someone but now no response.
When I called eurekaforbes, they're also not sure how my requirement leaked.
Please help ASAP.
