Dear Team,
When I relocated within Bangalore to new address, I called Eurekaforbes for water filer, however, somehow, my call details leaked and some other agency came which is ION exacense pvt limited. They sent their executive and spoke as if he is from eurkaforbes.
I believed and paid INR 9500 towards AMC for two years. Now, my DR Aquagaurd not working and no one is not responding since two weeks. They're not taking...

I took a amc in good faith as i was informed that ion exacense represents eureka forbes. Their brand aqua care to confuse with aqua guard went un-noticed. Eureka forbes is also to blame as they have allowed a competitive service provider to use a name that is very close to their own brand. Why can;t forbes file a complaint with the roc. But i had a formal amc upto 12 december 2109 with eureka forbes. They even took away original candles supplied...
