I had opted for AMC of my water purifier on May 16, 2021, when technician had visited our home to replace the faulty candles. The technician "insisted" us to go for AMC to avoid charges. He assured regular 4-month service visits. He said he will personally take the responsibility of attending us. The cheater's name is Rajesh. On calling him and customer care, there is no proper response. Nobody has visited us for our first service.
Also, they verbally abuse you when you call them. They do not have the decency to talk properly with women.
