They charged for amc but no response on any number...

No one picks up the phone and when they pick up promise will send someone next day. But till now they have come even once in last 2 years....

When my genuine AMC with Aqua Guard was expired they called as Aqua guard team and they visited my place. My water filter is getting to repair 3-4 times since Jan 2022. Every time i call them for raising a ticket, I will get a response that will come tomorrow. I have to follow up 15-20 times and they will send the technician person after 20-30 days from raising the ticket.

This is a fraud company. They collect money for AMC for aqua guard water purifier and never turn up. Moreover they are not authorized franchisee and they replace spurious parts....

Ticket raised on 21st Jan 2022, no service provided even after continuous calls, they always say service person will visit in 24 hours, but no one visits for service. Eureka Forbes service say Aqua Care (ION EXACENSE) are frauds, they represent as Eureka Forbes service agents and cheat with AMC and do not provide service....

ION EXACENSE IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY and not the official aquagaurd certified services. Beware of scammers and fraudsters like these, and make sure you call the official company representatives before calling anyone home and giving them your money.

Later a technician by name Diwakar came and serviced it. I took a three year AMC for 5500. He told me to switch on the machine after 4 hours. When I tried after 4 hours the purifier did not work. I called Diwakar he said he will come in one hour. The hour has not yet come....

I have taken amc for 2 years now they are not responding for the 24*7 call support and the value of customer is violated. After few weeks of taking the service other person came and informed it is not the authorized dealers and we are authorized persons.
