I had purchased the AMC contract for two years from these guys on 11/09/2020 in Bangalore. Receipt number is 23269. when my water purifier showed indication for service i called these guys on the number they gave on the receipt [protected]. At first they said they will send the technician right away, but its been three weeks I am calling them everyday and they still say they will send. But no one is attending. I have drinking water problem and these guys are not even responding. I am attaching the receipt here with all the details. Please help me either to get the service done or get my money back.
