I had purchased the AMC for my water purifier for a period of 2 years starting 10/10/2020 on a payment of ₹8500. I was promised service every 4 months for the two years. It's been almost a year and half but I have not received even a single service till date. None from the company have bothered to even give a call after the AMC has been paid for. None of the contact numbers are reachable including the helpline number. When contacted over mail, a person called up and confirmed to send a service guy within 24 hours but no one showed up.
Hopefully someone responds to this, otherwise I'll have no choice but to go to the consumer court.
