I bought aquacare insurance AMC for 2 years for my AquaSure Maxima RO+UV water purifier on 22/07/2021 client id - 44912, under the AMC they suppose to provide service for every 4 months. From last week 22/11/2021 I'm keep on calling them and they are fixing the appointment and not coming to do service. one of the person his name is Vinod and his contact number is [protected] behaving rudely and using singular words while talking. don't know how to behave with the customers. i had paid Rs. 10, 800/- for this and not getting service what they assured. please find below service executive numbers who they are fixed the appointment and not turning out to do the service.
