My water filter is getting to repair 3-4 times since Jan 2022. Every time i call them for raising a ticket, I will get a response that will come tomorrow. I have to follow up 15-20 times and they will send the technician person after 20-30 days from raising the ticket.
They are unprofessional and rude and one of the managers Vinod mob: +[protected] is very rude and another manager his mobile no: [protected] asked me ‘do you have common sense! When called to ask why no service person in spite of several follow-ups in the last 20-30 days! I need to hear this after paying the contract amount 8500
This time have been following up since 19 May 2022 to get the filter replaced/serviced. No response to
1. my email,
2. call on [protected],
3. toll free number,
4. Whatsapp number[protected],
5. Whatsapp messages on[protected]
I need the refund of the complete amount as the filter that they are replacing is not good quality and they don’t respond to our calls on servicing on time
