My water filter is getting to repair 3-4 times since Jan 2022. Every time i call them for raising a ticket, I will get a response that will come tomorrow. I have to follow up 15-20 times and they will send the technician person after 20-30 days from raising the ticket.
They are unprofessional and rude and one of the managers Vinod mob: +[protected] is very rude and another manager his mobile no: [protected] asked me ‘do you have common sense! When called to ask why no service person in spite of several follow-ups in the last 20-30 days! I need to hear this after paying the contract amount 8500

This time have been following up since 19 May 2022 to get the filter replaced/serviced. No response to

1. my email,
2. call on [protected],
3. toll free number,
4. Whatsapp number[protected],
5. Whatsapp messages on[protected]

I need the refund of the complete amount as the filter that they are replacing is not good quality and they don’t respond to our calls on servicing on time

We have taken AMC with ION Exacense (valid from 29 July 2021 to 29 July 2023) for servicing the water filter. The filter is not working correctly since Feb 2022 and has faced problem thrice since then. When I asked them to replace the filter in Feb and March 2022, the technician was reluctant and told me that he cannot replace it as we have replaced it recently. After many discussions, they replaced the filter both in Feb and March 2022 which has come to repair again. They have not replaced the right filter or they have not serviced the water purifier properly. The water is leaking and has sent all the videos and photographs both in Feb and March 2022 including now from 19 May 2022 onwards. I have to follow up every day requesting them for service of the filter/purifier and get a response that the technician will visit tomorrow. I'm attaching all the videos of water leakage, email follow-up, message, and calls on the toll-free number, and manager's number. They don't respond to the calls, in case if they respond, either they are rude or responds' Technician will visit tomorrow'. They have used words like 'Do you have common sense'. We need the complete refund of the AMC as they are not doing any servicing and not responding to my calls.
