Dear sir,
Khandi obri toll plaza never maintaining rules for fast tag users as well polite behavior with customers, i had travel on this road on dated[protected].15 p. M. That time they did not maintaining reserve lane for fast tag users. When i have requesting to your staff for reserve lane for fast tag user, they didn’t polite behave with us, when i request complain book to your on duty staff, then after they are passing half an hour time to make available complain book, then i can registered complained cited dt.[protected], reference no.167,
I have receipt also. We are using fast tag for saving our time but we are tired to your on duty staff behave and toll plaza management of fast tag reserve lane at said toll plaza, they are passing all vehicle in fast tag lane. It is requested to you take action in this regard as early as possible.

Greetings!

We are in receipt of your email dtd: 02.11.2019 relating to no reserve lane for Fastag users at Khandobri Toll Plaza on Udaipur Himatnagar road for fast tag users

At the outset, we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

1.Khandiobri Toll is having total 12 lanes, 06 lanes each in (up & down) direction with hybrid ETC enabled.
2.Two ETC dedicated Fastag lanes are available each for both direction, due to new toll plaza Erecting work is in progress all the vehicles are availing facility of Fastag through all lanes, there is no any technical issue.
3. Due to ongoing toll plaza erecting work there may be some delay in passing Toll plaza.
4. We have not observed any misbehavior by plaza staff. We would like to inform that any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us and we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel. Please note that we provide periodical training for the job to our personnel including behavioral training to ensure quality services.
5. As per your demand complaint book was made available to you and you had written your
complaint.

Once again, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to you and highly appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services.

Dear Sir,
My complaint has not reserved lane for Fasttag users, you’re on duty staff passing all vehicles mean without fasttag pass Vehicale also pass in this lane and westing time heaving fasttag pass, also time consuming to providing complain book they taking 30 minutes times to given complain book and miss behaves with customer
