IRCTC Railways — Non refunded of canceled ticket amount by IRCTC

It is to inform you that yesterday I made a complaint regarding non refund of amount by the IRCTC, just after lodging the complaint, I got a call from [protected] regarding refund of my amount. The person name Mr. Battea Kumar told me that the amount will be refunded within one hour in your Debit Card account and raised some confirmation like Debit Card No., CVV No., ATM Pin No., my name etc. I raised objection to intimate these information, then the person told me that your account detail is available here and only for confirmation about you, I am asking these informations. For confirmation about him, he make another calls from IRCTC contact us No.[protected] another nos. like[protected]/2 and when I confirmed the[protected] no. from IRCTC contact us site, I informed him about my card no., CVV no. and ATM Pin No. etc. Just after confirmation, the person told me that your account is less than Five thousand, hence, the refunded amount could not be credited and will call later when your balance is more than Rs.5000/-. Today, I again approach to IRCTC on[protected] and told the event which happen with me, the person surprised and informed me that first you have to make a complaint to concerned Bank to avoid vogues/bad manner transactions, secondly lodge a complaint to IRCTC site [protected]@irctc.co.in. Secondly, the person confirmed me that the amount has already been refunded to Bank of Baroda and the bank has issued the receipt for which I have already detailed to bank.

Now, I surprised about the person that when the amount has been refunded to bank and the bank has issued receipt and the information is available with him, then for what purpose he asked about my secret information. Is this side is being maintained by false group of person, if the site is false, no IRCTC Complaint Status Update (ID:884953) was forwarded to my mail ID. I am totally confused about the happening.

Further, I am intimating you that I am not going to make any change in my personal detail for the person over phone asked from me and any vogues/ bad manner transactions is being responsible by the Consumer complaints.
