This is Tejaswina. I and my 3 other from my family got admitted to KIMS secunderabad because of COVID. The treament was good.
However, For the patient L Sitamahalakshmi, the insurance department made few mistakes. Firstly they send a claim request for initial release at the time of discharge, Secondly, the final claim amount for sent wrong almost double of the actual amount to the Insurance company.
There was no mistake on our part, we waited patiently, silently and supported your team. However its been more than 2 weeks and the refund has not been given. Even after all the mess created by the insurance team is solved and the insurance company accepted all claims. Still i dont know what is the issue in refunding. We have been waiting ], waiting and waiting. DOnt know what to do. No one answers the call.
