Irudayam Hospital — Pathetic behavior of Dr. Narayan Raju, Cardiologist

My father admitted in KIMS ICON, SHEELANAGAR, VISAKHAPATNAM. He was supposed to have angioplasty today though details of the same has not been shared. He was taken to OT and at around 12:45 hrs he was taken to bed. However, nothing informed to us. Upon enquiring, security went inside and told us that he has been taken back from OT. I insisted to go inside and meet my father. I went inside and waited for doctor to come. The sisters inside were not able to explain anything and they don't even understand English. One attendee came and told me that the operation was not successful. After hearing that I wanted to speak with the doctor to know in details. After waiting for the doctor another 15 min, doctor called me. He told me the operation was not successful and may need bypass surgery. When I asked him for detailed report, he suddenly became angry and loses his cool. He behaved very badly in front of the staff and even threatened me to throw outside. This sort of behavior is not all accepted. Strict action should be initiated against this doctor who don't even know what the doctor is.
