I rahul jain ([protected]) co vardhman traders arrange a function of 170 pax at urs viceroy hall, welcome hotel, dwarka sec-10 on 1st july, 2018 for which i have made a payment of rs.382270/-
I was very disappointed from the arrangement on that day. The quality of the arrangement is very poor. Some of the problems are:-
1) my mg is 170 but the food is only for around 100 people bt i have made the payment for 170 in advance
2) there are six chat counters in my menu bt there are only 4 counters over there
3) all chat counters are arranged on two tables in a very poor manner
4) there are no folks and spoons on the counters
5) service waiters are around 5-6 in nos. But i have told in starting that there will be around 20 waiters at ur function
6) there are not sufficient breads for food, my guest is waiting for a period of 20-25 min for breads
7) misbehave is done by ur chefs and ground staff
8) ac is not working at all and when asked again nd again for ac, they told that there is some internal faults in ac panel
9) urs managers divjot kaur, abhishek arora, dev, sachin and urs chefs are not hearing at all and left the party when asked again nd again and even not receiving calls.
Overall the arrangement is of very poor quality
I request u to take a serious action against it and specially urs banquet managers as divjot kaur ([protected]), abhishek arora ([protected])
